Serialport Command Assistant

Used for seeed test platform. a command from usb serialport can run a script on pc

{"name":"command"} eg. {"run_test_script":".\\test_script\\test.bat"}

run_test_script is the command from serial port
.\test_script\test.bat is the command which should be ran on pc

	{"start_test2":".\\test2.bat"},  
	{"start_test3":".\\test3.bat"},  
	{"start_test4":".\\test4.bat"}  
	]

At the end of your script, please print the informations you want to return to the
test platform like following:

@ echo "#result:returning information#endresult"

Then the test platform receives returning information
